Salvador Torres, Jr.

Salvador has nearly 20 years of experience as an investment banker, advisor, and entrepreneur helping asset managers, governments, and corporations raise capital to meet their growth and development goals. He spent 12 years as an investment banker on Wall Street, including Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley & Co.  He’s managed financings that raised over $10 billion for water and power utilities, airports, transportation agencies, and other governmental projects. While at Barclays, he was responsible for engagements with community colleges and school districts, and he served as the lead banker for large and complex municipalities, including the City of Los Angeles. 

Norberto Martinez

Norberto Martinez currently works at the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Maryland as a Court Liaison for Hispanic Services. In the community Mr. Martinez serves as Executive Director for the Langley Park Civic Association (LPCA) and is currently working with the Board of Directors to incorporate LPCA as a non-profit organization.  

Mr. Martinez loves reading about history, philosophy and cultural anthropology and playing soccer.

MERCEDOES LEMOS

Is a Community Developer with Prince George's County Health Department (PGCHD) in the Langley Park area. Her previous employment history includes the Adventist Community Services of Greater Washington as Community Liaison Specialist/Adult Education Coordinator and a Representative of the Transforming Neighborhood Initiative (TNI) project sponsored by the Prince George's County Executive in District 2. As a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Mercedes enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found on long walks in nature trails. Mercedes is committed to linking those in need to services and ensuring the community remains united.

PAUL E. ROWE

Paul E. Rowe is principal and managing member of E2 Property Investments, LLC which acquires and invests in residential real property in the Washington DC-Metro/Baltimore City areas.

Mr. Rowe is a native of New York City. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Syracuse University, a Masters of Business Administration from Howard University, and is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate, Developer Executive Program.
